Terms And Conditions Of Use

These are our terms and conditions. Please read them with care.
 
NOTICE
WE ARE HAVING A FEW PROBLEMS WITH INTERNET CONNECTIONS AT THIS PRESENT TIME. I APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE. IT WILL BE RECTIFIED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
 
When you place an order on our site, you process your own payment transaction through Sage (Secure Payment Gateway). Your account is instantly charged and there is no intervention on our part. Even if you place your order in the evening or at weekends, the Sage payment system is automatic and your account will be charged immediately.
 
  • We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days (subject to stock availability). In most cases we will despatch same or next day. If you require an order urgently please contact us direct by phone or text to mobile 07973 819862 and we will do our best to despatch same day (subject to stock availability) Please note during busy periods such as Sales, Free Shipping Promotions, Christmas etc despatch times may take a little longer.
     
  • All orders are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class (Depending on order weight or value). Please allow up to 12 working days for delivery once despatched before contacting us.
     
    Security and Payment
    We accept online credit / debit card payments securely via Sage.
    You don’t need to be a sage member to use the sage processing facilities.
    When you have finished making your purchases and have filled in your delivery details you will proceed to Sage secure online payment page where you will be asked for your payment details (e.g. credit card number). This secure online payment page is hosted on their  SECURE SERVER. This ensures that all your payment details are securely encrypted for your safety.
Please note that we will never contact you via E-mail or telephone asking you to confirm your credit or debit card details.
These are handled solely by Sage and we do not have access to this information. Any E-mails asking you to confirm your card or bank details should be treated with suspicion.
 
We also accept payment by cheque / postal order.
We can only accept cheques made payable in UK pounds sterling from a UK bank.
When paying by cheque / postal order proceed with your shopping as normal then when you have finished and are ready to make your payment simply choose checkout and then select payment by cheque / postal order as your payment method. You can then print your order out and post it along with your cheque / postal order

Please note that when paying by cheque your order will be dispatched once the relevant funds have been cleared.
 

 
Returns and Refunds
If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us within 7 days. We will replace or refund for the damaged goods as required. We will also pay the normal First Class/standard parcels cost of returning your goods. Please contact us before returning damaged goods. This should be either by e-mail or in writing. A telephone call will not suffice.

If you are not satisfied with anything you have ordered, please return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip  indicating what is being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened. You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit  to us. Any replacement items should be ordered through the website as a new order.

Some items, e.g.. cards, envelopes and embellishments must not be returned in jiffy bags unless additional reinforcement is inserted. Goods must be returned in an as new condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are suitably packed for posting. A refund will not be given on any return goods that are not received in an as new condition.

Refunds for returned items will be made either by cheque or to the credit/debit card on which the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
 
Offensive Weapons Act 1996
  • Under the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 it is an offence for anyone in the UK under the age of 16 to purchase a knife that could be used to harm others.
  • In purchasing from this site, you are accepting our terms and conditions and certify that, should you be purchasing a knife, you are over 16 years of age and agree to provide us with true and accurate information and to act in accordance with the aforementioned act.
